These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MotorMania and MotorMania Drivers apps and related services (the "Service"), operated by MotorMania from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Tickets, entries, and payments

Spectators may purchase tickets to events, and drivers may pay entry fees to register for races. Prices, availability, and event details are set by event organizers and shown in the app. Payments are processed by our payment provider; by completing a purchase you authorize the applicable charge.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the event and the timing of your request, as described in the app at the time of purchase. Where a self-service refund window applies, requests made before the stated cutoff are eligible; after that, refunds are at the discretion of the organizer or MotorMania. Events may be changed or cancelled by organizers.

Event participation and safety

Motorsport activities are inherently risky. If you participate in or attend an event, you do so at your own risk and must follow all organizer, venue, and safety rules and applicable laws. MotorMania is a platform connecting participants and organizers and is not responsible for the conduct of events.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the Service, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The MotorMania name, logo, and app content are owned by MotorMania or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and MotorMania is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
