This Privacy Policy explains how MotorMania ("MotorMania", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the MotorMania and MotorMania Drivers mobile apps and related services (together, the "Service"). MotorMania operates from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and serves the GCC region.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and/or mobile phone number, used to sign in and secure your account.
- Profile details: your name, date of birth, and (for drivers) blood type and driver licence number, which you enter to participate in events.
- Vehicle information: for drivers, the make, model, and category of the cars you register.
- Event activity: the events you register for or buy tickets to, your attendance, and your competition results and leaderboard standings.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Moyasar. We do not collect or store your full card details; we receive only a confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata.
- Entry passes: the QR codes issued for event entry.
- Uploaded content: for drivers, photos and documents you upload (for example, a driver photo or supporting documents).
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
- To register you for events, sell tickets, issue entry passes, and process driver entries.
- To process payments and refunds through our payment provider.
- To display leaderboards and event line-ups.
- To communicate with you about events, your registrations, and support requests.
- To maintain safety, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and secure file storage (our backend infrastructure).
- Moyasar — payment processing (mada, Apple Pay, and similar methods).
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and events.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights").
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including deletion of your account. To make a request, email support@motormania-sa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
